One of my favorite blessing is right to enjoy the body I have been given.  Choosing to nurture and express my physical gifts has been one of my greatest sources of joy.  So it is through this gift I must give.

My body's journey lead me to Kettlebell training about 10 years ago; we have been inseparable ever since.  She inspires creativity, yields powerful results, is intuitive and efficient.  Her greatest gift is the ability to provide a challenge in such a variety of ways.   Her natural movements are so connect to your core they provoke a primal expression of strength.

I like big dreams...grand visions, spectacular ideas, glorious inspiration.  Welcome to my surf board on the fitness wave, you are about to experience...
