Visualize your favorite example of the human body at its best. As you cherish this thought imagine the work put into achieving that moment, imagine the countless repetition and practice.
You may never achieve that level of performance but the skills are very much a part of your world.
What is key is to recognize that you are in that body just as the image is in your mind.
You have every right to want to be fit and firm, but to treat the journey as a practice of minutes on a treadmill and following a diet you do not love is selling yourself short. You are (at some level) one of the greatest creation in the universe and you must always practice the skills that brought us to the top of the food chain.

My training programs start with a vision of what the body doing the workout would look like, feel like and how much work it could do. I then deconstruct the patterns, and create movement sequences to get you to that image in your mind.
But don't have to worry about that, all you have to do is FOLLOW the workouts, HAVE FUN and BE BRAVE
As you get better at the movements, you will get stronger and be able to do more reps and more weight.
You will get closer to your best all the time.
